PLATO.Connect

Through PLATO.Connect, dispatchers, warehouse managers, and 3rd party hauliers can log-in and interact with their segment of a trip.

Hauliers can view the details of a trip, including payment details, and either accept, query or decline the trip. Once the haulier accepts the trip, the PLATO user can confirm the trip and the haulier is able to view a list of all confirmed trips in their personal PLATO.Connect portal. Hauliers can also update their trips with relevant details, for example, their own reference number or re-allocation of a vehicle.

In PLATO.Connect, dispatchers can see all pending outgoing trips to be dispatched from their specific warehouse and update the trip details as required, for example, with actual quantities. The dispatcher can also re-allocate vehicles if required for GPS tracking.

Warehouse managers can see which trips are being received and can also update their portion of the system, for example, with actual quantities received.
