FLO-Setup
FLO-Setup is a consulting tool that is powered by FLO. It enables companies to run a variety of studies, including:

FLO-Setup works by allowing FLO to run schedules in batch mode - over a period of time.
FLO-Setup allows you to set up historical data in an Excel workbook for jobs over a date range, for example six months.
You can, for example, set up a Fleet Configuration study and let it run over the period specified. The schedule will be run for every day of data and route information will be returned to the Excel sheet. From this information, you can determine: which vehicle types were used and in what ratios, the marginal costs of every delivery, total costs of full trips and more. This information can then be utilized to modify your configurations. In this type of study, often called a Baseline study, the company's current configuration - the baseline - is utilized for the initial study. The current configuration is plugged into FLO-Setup and all costs for deliveries are determined. By adjusting the fleet configuration, and running more studies based on these adjustments, management data is received, enabling you to determine what changes are required for the fleet. FLO-Setup uses FLO's engine to provide the best possible configuration.
