OPSI Systems to Launch New Dedicated Support Centre
OPSI Systems will launch a new, dedicated support centre for their leading software packages, FLO and PLATO, in the new year.
Johannesburg, December 08th: OPSI Systems, a leading software provider of transport management and optimisation, is working on the establishment of a dedicated support centre for their flagship vehicle and routing scheduling software FLO and PLATO.
The support centre, which will have dedicated staff, will also feature a robust help desk system to provide OPSI clients with a greater degree of visibility and accountability.
“Our support staff and personnel have always been available to assist our clients with queries and support issues, both specific to OPSI’s products and third-party service providers,” states David Lubinsky, CEO of OPSI Systems. “Due to the huge success of our products in the market and our phenomenal growth over the past year, we believe that the formation of a dedicated support team is critical to enhancing our services.”
According to Mark Jaffe, key account manager and head of the newly-formed Support team, the Support Centre aims to enhance numerous areas of OPSI Systems’ support infrastructure. “In addition to an integrated help desk, we will be generating online support facilities that will allow clients and users to quickly access vital information regarding our services wherever they are,” explains Jaffe. “In addition, the Support teams expanded resources now allow us to offer formalised custom solutions for new and existing clients.”
Further, Jaffe indicates that the support centre will continue to expand to cover other key applications in the OPSI stable of logistic solutions.
Currently in the trial phase, the Support Centre will officially go live during the first quarter of 2011.
