Dewfresh

Dewfresh is an international producer of dairy and fruit juice products. In 2005, the South African distributor of Dewfresh products decided to outsource transport due to their aging fleet and increasing costs. OPSI Systems’ partner, Value Logistics, won the tender with FLO as the product to handle scheduling and routing. Currently, Dewfresh South Africa is routing and scheduling 22 vehicles and, through FLO’s integration with C-Track, the route planner is able to monitor vehicles and compare planned vs. actual routes.

Imperial entered the South African logistics and transport market in 1975 with a small fleet of lighter commercial vehicles, which were principally rented to clients and utilised to distribute food and fresh produce to restaurants.
