OPSI Systems' product suite has been proven in real world implementations by leading global corporations.
FLO (Fleet Logistics Optimizer) is one of OPSI Systems leading software offerings. FLO is a multi-drop fleet routing and scheduling tool with the the ability to model a rich set of real world constraints, GPS tracking and contractual variables.
PLATO (Primary Logistics and Transport Optimiser) is the first of a new generation of enterprise wide planning logistics software that can schedule all of your distribution needs ina single package, maximising your optimisation and reducing the cost of your overall fleet.
OVAL (Optimized Vending and Logistics) is a demand prediction system for vending machines that tells the supplier when to visit vendors based on the temperature and various school and public holidays that affect consumption. The system has achieved enormous fleet savings of between 30% and 50% depending on the season.
PACE (Production and Circulation Engine) synchronises mill production and distribution in a single drop setting. PACE takes the orders to be delivered and schedules them according to factors particular to mill production, including scattered arrival times at customers and at the depot, contiguous product code runs in the mill, and optimal vehicle utilisation..
CBASS (Cement Booking and Scheduling System) is used by cement manufacturers to book and plan deliveries and offers deep integration with the ERP system. CBASS monitors the execution and uses a unique next-best delivery algorithm to modify the schedule if some trucks are unavailable.
FieldForce ensures that services such as sales and promotions happen on time, that workload is balanced amongst field-marketers, and that the fewest kilometres are travelled in the process.
PRISM is a fully-fledged loading bay scheduling and management system. Through flexible resource management and extensive supplier preference specification, customized, supplier-pleasing schedules can be produced automatically.
